Noise & smoke is monitored and are strictly enforced. No exceptions. Violation will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us than the health, safety, and experience of our guests. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Neighborhood overview
The Point Loma neighborhood is a wonderful, safe, quiet, family-oriented community. Close enough to be within 5 miles of everything you want to see, yet far enough to feel quiet and private. Our area is very family friendly with everything needed to have a perfect relaxing vacation or beach filled adventures.

The Liberty Station shopping center has been converted from what used to be a large base and you can still read the name of each Barrack on the buildings.
At the tip of the Point, you can visit the Cabrillo National Monument and pay your respects at the beautiful cemetery honoring our brave veterans. Old Town San Diego in Point Loma has cultural festivals and some of the best Mexican food around!

Our home is located on the crest of the Point facing the harbor and marina. In the opposite direction, we are only 2 miles from Ocean Beach, a little beachtown community known for being laid back and diverse.
Getting around
The Harbor View Villa is very close to the best San Diego has to offer.

The whole driveway is yours. You can easily fit 3 cars. The garage also fits 1.

⛴Looking for public transport? The nearest bus stop is a block away if you choose to go this route, but Uber & Lyft may be the quickest way to get around!
